High Jump
Reach new heights! Our Youth High Jump class teaches athletes proper jumping form, body control, and takeoff technique to build confidence and power. With a focus on coordination, timing, and explosive movement, this class helps young athletes improve their vertical jump and overall athletic performance — all in a fun, supportive environment!

Pole Vault
Soar higher and vault stronger! Athletes will focus on technique, timing, and controlled power through progressive vault drills designed to build confidence, strength, and precision. Perfect for all levels looking to elevate their performance and master every phase of the jump!
